User Conduct
Our services may only be used for lawful purposes, any
use of our services which violates any laws proposed
by us, your local jurisdiction, or any jurisdiction
that you or your site may be subject to is strictly
prohibited.
You may not post or transmit any unlawful, threatening,
abusive, defamatory, obscene, libellous, offensive,
pornographic, indecent, profane, or otherwise objectionable
information of any kind, including without limitation
any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct
that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise
to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. Restrict
or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the
Internet. Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators,
phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing,
etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes
any sites which provide "links to" or "how
to" information about such material. Hostinsta
reserves to the right to the final decision on what
constitutes abuse.
Resource Usage, Adult-Oriented Sites
The running of any process that requires more than 8Mb
of memory space, more than 30 CPU seconds, or use more
than 5% of all available system resources are prohibited
from our servers. The running of any type of interactive
real-time chat applications that require server resources
are prohibited from our servers. The running of stand-alone,
unattended server-side processes at any point in time
on the server. This includes any and all daemons, such
as IRCD. The running of any software that interfaces
with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network are prohibited
from our servers.
HostInsta reserves the right to require changes or disable
as necessary any web site, account, database, or other
component that does not comply with this policy, at
its sole discretion. HostInsta also reserves the right
to make any such modifications in an emergency at our
sole discretion.
Refusal or discontinuation of service
HostInsta reserves the right to refuse or discontinue
service to anyone at our sole discretion. HostInsta
may deny you access to all or part of the service without
notice if you engage in any conduct or activities that
HostInsta in its sole discretion believes violates any
of the terms and conditions in this agreement. HostInsta
shall have no responsibility to notify any third-party
providers of services, merchandise, or information,
nor any responsibility for any consequences resulting
from such discontinuance or lack of notification. You
agree that HostInsta has the right to monitor the service
electronically from time to time and to disclose any
information as necessary to satisfy the law, or to protect
itself or its subscribers. HostInsta reserves the right
to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials,
in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion, are
unacceptable, undesirable, or in violation of this agreement.
HostInsta also reserves the right to refuse refunds
in cases where HostInsta believes abuse has taken place.
Sharing of account space & resale restrictions
You agree and understand that the account you purchase
is purchased either for yourself or on behalf of a client
if you are a reseller. You understand that as a reseller,
you are the individual solely responsible for all use
of the account. You may not resell your hosting if you
are on a shared hosting account, you must upgrade to
a reseller account to do so.
Payment & Other Information
You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services
received from HostInsta, in advance of the time period
during which such services are provided. You agree that
until and unless you notify HostInsta of your desire
to cancel any or all services received, those services
will be billed on a recurring basis.
